These Service Terms (referred to as the “Terms”) are crucial as they oversee your interaction with our Website and the services related to product purchases available through our Website. For simplicity, our Website and the services we provide are referred to collectively as the "Services."

Your utilization of our Services implies your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, you should refrain from using the Services.

The products and their respective claims made about them on or via the Website have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration and do not aim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases. We reserve the right to alter these Terms whenever we deem fit, at our absolute discretion. If we do so, we will notify you either by publishing the revised Terms on the Website or through other forms of communication. It's crucial that you go through the revised Terms whenever we alter them because if you continue to use the Services after we have published the revised Terms on the Website, you are signifying to us that you accept to be governed by the revised Terms. If you disagree with the amended Terms, then you should stop using the Services. As our Services continue to evolve, we reserve the right to change or cease all or any part of the Services, at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

Who may use this service 


The Services are accessible only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement with Extensia, and have no legal impediments to using the Services under applicable laws.

Registration and Your Information

Utilization of certain features of the Services necessitates the creation of an account ("Account"). In order to place orders or make purchases via the Services, an Account must be established.

It is crucial that the information provided for your Account is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to periodically update this information to maintain its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Account. You agree to keep your Account password confidential and to promptly inform us of any unauthorized usage of your Account. You accept responsibility for all activities that transpire under your Account, irrespective of your knowledge of them.

Products for Personal Use Only

The products available on the Site, along with any samples we might provide, are intended solely for personal use. The sale or resale of any purchased or received products or samples is prohibited. We retain the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order or products provided to you, with or without notice, if we determine at our discretion that it may lead to a violation of these Terms.

Payment and Order Terms

The Services allow you to order products from Extensia. The total amount payable by you for any product purchased through the Services (including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling) will be presented prior to placing your order. By placing an order for any products via the Services, you consent (a) to Extensia charging your credit card for verification, pre-authorization, and payment purposes, and (b) to shoulder any additional charges your bank or other financial service provider may impose, as well as any applicable taxes or fees. Extensia must accept and confirm your order for it to be binding.

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the number of units purchased and your location.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellation Procedure -

Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel

All charges are payable and billed: (i) for individual purchases, at the time of order placement; and (ii) FOR SUBSCRIPTION-BASED PURCHASES, AT THE START OF THE SUBSCRIPTION AND, SINCE EACH SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT, AT THE TIME OF EACH RENEWAL UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You must cancel your subscription prior to its renewal to prevent the billing of the next subscription period's fees. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time by emailing us at hello@extensia.life or by logging into your account and canceling your subscription. You will not be refunded for the fees paid for your current subscription period and will continue to receive products ordered until the end of your current subscription period.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information submitted to Extensia is accurate when placing an order. Corrections may not be possible after an order is placed, and, if accepted, any corrections made after placing an order may significantly delay the shipment of your order.

Order Limitations, Processing, and Cancellations

We retain the right to limit the quantity of any product ordered, delay delivery for any reason after an order has been placed and accepted, and/or refuse product shipment to you for any reason. If you have any issues or objections regarding charges, you agree to address them with us first and agree not to cancel or reject any credit card charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue directly with Extensia.

Extensia retains the right to refuse to process or to cancel your order under certain conditions, such as if your credit card is declined, if we suspect fraud, or in any other circumstances Extensia deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Extensiaalso reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. You will either not be charged or will be refunded for orders that we do not process or cancel.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Disclaimers

The Services and Content we provide are delivered without any warranties of any kind. Extensia expressly disclaims all warranties, implied or explicit, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, and those arising from dealings or trade usage. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we warrant the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any content.

We disclaim all warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law, concerning products available for purchase on the site, except as outlined in our Return Policy FAQ. This disclaimer may not apply in jurisdictions that do not permit certain implied warranty disclaimers.

For New Jersey residents, this warranty disclaimer is only as broad as permitted by New Jersey law. If any portion of this section is invalid under New Jersey law, it does not affect the validity of the remaining sections.


You agree to indemnify Extensia, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, against any claims, disputes, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal and accounting fees, related to your use of our Services or Content, your User Content, or any violation of these Terms.

New Jersey residents should note that this indemnity section is only as broad as permitted by New Jersey law. If any portion of this section is invalid under New Jersey law, it does not affect the validity of the remaining sections.

Limitation of Liability

Extensia, or any other party involved in creating or delivering the Services or Content, will not be liable for any consequential damages, such as lost profits, data loss, service interruption, or system failure, arising from these Terms, or use or inability to use our Services or Content. This applies regardless of legal theory, including warranty, contract, tort, or product liability, even if Extensia was informed of potential damages.

Extensia's total liability will not exceed the amounts you have paid to Extensia for use of the Services or Content, or $100 if you have not made any payment to Extensia.

Extensia disclaims liability for claims due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse, modification, improper selection, and non-compliance with directions. Extensia's liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product upon which a claim is based.

Exclusions and limitations of damages are fundamental to the agreement between Extensia and you.

For New Jersey residents, this limitation of liability section is only as broad as permitted by New Jersey law. If any portion of this section is invalid under New Jersey law, it does not affect the validity of the remaining sections.
